Bio
According to some, I'm avant-garde ;)
I try to stick to software development and engineering topics, often related to application development, but I also shitpost random stuff, occassionally about photography, (usually not more then) react to politics or economics.
My website is https://zlatko.dev but I less completely-infrequently post a photo or two to my photo gallery https://photos.zlatko.dev.
I also used to post at https://pixelfed.social/zlatko, and https://programming.dev/u/zlatko, and I'll occassionally swipe here and there.

Today I wrote my first Applescript thingamabob. It's neat and I automated some shit.
That said, I still don't like my #mac.
On the other hand, my wife who's been using macs exclusively for the last 15+ years, she got a #ThinkPad P as her work laptop (get first working day). I cried a little.
Good one, universe!

To be honest, as a laptop to just generic work, #mac is great. It's just that it doesn't work for me for... well, work.
Oh, and just for the official record once more, who ever said that macs gives you nice consistent things? They should haul their ass in this decade, when each app does it's own thing and the shit doesn't matter any more, and customizability is much more important.
Help! Is there a way to change the "App Switcher" shortcut on a mac? Internet is surprisingly unhelpful on the topic, I know how to toggle windows of the same app already.
Another Mac rant: I now constantly hit the wrong key combos in my Fedora Gnome desktop and ruin minutes of typing and work :(

ESA wants to start early with a standard for lunar time. They don't want corporate bullshit to get in there (because once it sets, there's likely no changing it).

When you run your computer on the same os for a long time, then you're getting all kinds of inevitable crud collecting dust.
