Having to switch to icon view to have a right-click -> new folder in gnome for the last time made me finally go back to KDE again, after probably 15 years.

@zlatko it works in list view as well, but not if you right click on a file

@ebassi I know, you have to right-click on the very edge, near the scrollbar. It used to be up in the menu, and before that in the round gear thingy. Anyway, many things disappeared over the years. Since I live in my tools (browsers, IDEs etc), I usually don't mind that much, but it's just time to switch I guess.

@zlatko @ebassi The "New Folder" action is still present in the menu, though (but also: if you use this action extensively, why not use the keyboard shortcut for it? Way faster than bringing up the menu for it 😉):
