Ah, dear AltGr, stark naked. Can we do it again? #valheim
@Firlefanz I don't know if you saw my previous thread. A long, long sail around an island has brought him to the edges if the world. Unfortunately, there were some Mistlands Seekers there as well, and AltGr was too close.
And a day before he stumbled into a swamp, unprepared.
So now he has to start over. No bronze, not much tools, even Grey dwarf Brutes are now a danger :)
@Firlefanz the good thing is, we have _some _ ore to melt, and a portal to the black forest, close enough to a mine, and one last antler 🫎 pickaxe ⚒️ :)
Phew! So it's not a complete "back to zero" just yet.
(I mean, at the worst, Eikthyr will drop more Antler, right?)
I did follow his heroic journey but hadn't seen the end.
Oh, poor AltGr. I wish him good luck for the rebuild.
I hate it when these things happen. Ugh. But I believe in AltGr. He can do it!
@Firlefanz Thank you very much. I'm sure he will, but my vacation is over so starting next week, we'll have a lot less time for exploration :)
I'm having a blast, enjoying this new character and world so so much :)
In a way, even more then the other world I play with my kids, because he I don't even know the map or how or what to do, just the lonesome viking AltGr and his trusty mace (once he makes one again :)).
@Firlefanz I was trying to go around a long, long island, but it never ended :)
So one of my "good" gear sets is all the way here now:
Totally understand, I hate turning back, as well.
You will get it all back. I have confidence in AltGr.
Sev returned to the Swamp to find out that his portal at the Bog Witch's place had been completely wiped, not even anything left of it.
He had another portal nearby (still), and now the new portal is in a secure location on top of a crypt.
That could have been extremely annoying.
