The requirements are complete until you find holes and inconsistencies.
@zlatko I remember in 2009 on a waterfall project the lead business analyst produced a 100-page word document of requirements. And when I asked about it, he said he just recorded what the business told him. I was like “are you a business *analyst* or a business *typist*?”
