jump to expanded postfixed a missing network with a bit of old school engineering - it's just random wires anyway ¯_(ツ)_/¯ . in this case, the innards of a bit of coax cable squeezed into the antenna connector of my motherboard's wireless card.
no ethernet at the new house yet, and i don't recall ever using the wireless on my desktop. i do remember seeing the two antennae somewhere sometime, but i may have thrown them away.
anyway until I drill the walls and pull 25 meters of cat6 around the place, this might have to do :)
it's still pulling 60-70mbit down and some 130-140mbit upload, what can you do
well, sometimes it's 40ish mbit upload. still good enough, better than 0.
